Terms of Service

1. The Agreement

By installing the Noon theme, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, you can't use the service. That's the complete exchange.

2. What Noon provides

Noon Press Studio LLC ("Noon", "we", "the studio") provides a WordPress block theme and an AI-powered pattern generation layer. The base theme is distributed under the GPL v2 license. The AI features (Pattern Forge, Page Scribe, Palette Librarian, Type Rubric, RTL Concordance) are a commercial service, licensed per tier as described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private. If someone else uses your account because you shared your password, that's on you. We treat actions taken from your account as authorized by you unless you report a breach promptly.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're acting on behalf of a company, you're confirming that you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You can use Noon to build any lawful website. You can't use it to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party intellectual property, or is designed to harm, deceive, or harass. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach this, with or without advance notice depending on severity.

You can't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI model or its weights. The output is yours. The model is not.

5. Your content and ours

Whatever you create with Noon belongs to you. The generated block JSON, the pattern files, the pages — yours, licensed under GPL like the rest of your WordPress install. We don't claim any rights over what you build.

We may use anonymized, aggregated prompt data to improve the generation quality. We don't use your specific website content or business data for this purpose.

6. Payment and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected. Annual plans are charged upfront. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep access until the billing period ends. Annual plans are not refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase date.

If you have a genuine billing dispute, contact us through the contact page. We handle these like humans, not like a ticketing system.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. The AI layer depends on third-party infrastructure and can be temporarily unavailable. We don't offer service level agreements on the Monk or Scribe tiers; the Abbey tier includes a 4-hour support response SLA, not an uptime guarantee.

We can change these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. If a change is material and you object, you can cancel before it takes effect and receive a prorated refund of any unused annual subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

Noon is provided as-is. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the theme or the AI features. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes that can't be resolved directly will be settled by arbitration in Amman. If arbitration isn't permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction, disputes go to the courts of Amman.
