Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data: name, email address, password (hashed — we never store plaintext), subscription tier, and billing reference (handled by our payment processor; we don't store card numbers).
Usage data: which features you use, how many generations you run per period, error events. No keystroke logging. No screen recording.
Prompt data: the prompts you send to Pattern Forge, Page Scribe, and the other AI features. We retain these for 30 days for debugging purposes, then delete them. We don't read your prompts to train the model unless you explicitly opt into a feedback program.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, referrer, and session identifiers. Standard web server logs, retained for 90 days.
What we don't collect
We don't collect the content of the WordPress sites you build. The Noon plugin communicates with our API to process prompts and return block JSON. It doesn't send your post content, user data, media library, or database contents to our servers.
How we use it
To run the service, bill you, respond to your support requests, and improve the AI generation quality (aggregate, anonymized). That's it.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor (Stripe), our email infrastructure provider (Resend), and our hosting infrastructure (Vercel). Each is bound by data processing agreements. We don't sell data to third parties. We don't share it with advertisers.
GDPR and your rights
If you're in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can also object to certain processing. Write to us to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Our legal basis for processing your data: performance of contract (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (to improve the service), and legal obligation where applicable.
Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Prompt data: 30 days. Technical logs: 90 days. Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement).
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies for billing. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. See the Cookies page for details.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
