Billing questions
What counts as one AI generation?
One call to Pattern Forge, Page Scribe, Palette Librarian, or Type Rubric. Editing a generated result does not count. Re-running a prompt with changes counts as one new generation.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any point. Your billing cycle ends, your account drops to Monk. Everything you generated stays in your WordPress install as standard blocks.
What happens if I exceed the Monk generation limit?
The AI features pause until the next calendar month. The theme itself and all static patterns continue to work normally.
Is there a student or nonprofit rate?
Write to us via the contact page. We handle these on a case-by-case basis. We have given educational discounts to three universities in the MENA region since 2023.
