The Fifth Instrument
RTL Concordance
Most themes add RTL support the same way: a mirrored stylesheet and a direction attribute. That covers left-right layout. It does not cover typography, reading rhythm, script-specific type scale, or what happens when Arabic and English share the same page.
Noon was built in Amman. We publish in Arabic. We built RTL Concordance to handle what a mirrored stylesheet cannot.
What Concordance actually does
You write a page prompt. Concordance generates two versions simultaneously: one in English with LTR layout, one in Arabic with RTL layout. The same section structure, the same heading hierarchy, the same block JSON pattern — but each version is typographically correct for its script.
Arabic body text wants a different line-height from Latin. Arabic headlines need looser tracking. The scale relationship between display and body type shifts when you move between the two scripts. Concordance handles those adjustments through theme.json variables, not inline styles that'll break the next time someone edits the page.
When the page renders, neither version looks like a translation of the other. They look like two native pages that happen to share structural intent.

Our approach to design
The studio works with every client to build a visual language specific to their context. Typography, color, and layout are determined by purpose, not trend. A news publication and a restaurant should not look like the same WordPress theme.
مقاربتنا في التصميم
يعمل المطبع مع كل عميل لبناء لغة بصرية خاصة بسياقهم. الطباعة واللون والتخطيط تحددها الغاية، ليس الاتجاه.
Both pages generated from a single prompt. Same block structure. Script-appropriate typography applied automatically.
Who needs Concordance
MENA media publications
News and magazine sites that publish the same story in Arabic and English. Concordance generates both versions from one structural prompt, keeping layouts consistent while respecting each script's typographic requirements.
Regional e-commerce
Online stores serving Arabic-speaking markets need more than a flipped layout. Product descriptions, navigation, and checkout flows must read naturally in Arabic. Concordance handles the structural work. Your content team handles the copy.
Government and institutional sites
Public-sector organizations in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and the Gulf often require bilingual web presence by mandate. Concordance cuts the build time for the Arabic version from days to minutes.
WordPress freelances in the MENA region
The freelance who sold the client on a bilingual site and now has two days to deliver both versions. Concordance is for that person specifically. Yasmin, our first user, had that exact problem.
"We publish feature stories in both Arabic and English. Before Noon, the Arabic version was always a rough copy of the English layout with a flipped direction attribute and mismatched type sizes. The body text sat too tight, the headlines felt wrong. RTL Concordance gave us the first Arabic pages that actually looked designed for Arabic, not adapted from English. That difference matters when your readers are native Arabic speakers."
